Express Entry is an electronic process involving the federal government, provincial governments and Canadian employers. It was launched in January of 2015. Express Entry is not an immigration program is a new way for Citizenship and Immigration Canada to manage and process immigration applications like yours.
Candidates who are most likely to succeed in Canada, rather than those who are first in line - will receive an Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residence.

Federal Skilled Worker
